Ten Lessons to Happiness


        Today, I present my this articles about happy lessons. It's 10 lessons that I think them you can use in your life.

  1. Dalai Lama said that "The very purpose of our life is to seak happiness. It can be achieved through the training of mind." Live according to the middle path, living life to the full without attachment and seizing the moment.
  2. Be happy with what you have.
  3. Millionaires seldom smiles. Money can't buy many things including happiness.
  4. Happiness is all around you. Be happy with the little things in life. By Bringing about a certain inner discipline, we can undergo a transformation of our attitude, our entire outlook and approach to living.
  5. Happiness is determined more by one's state of mind than by external events.
  6. Do what you love and love what you do. Opportunity of a lifetime rarely comes by so don't pass up on it. Give it your all, try your best and accept whatever outcome.
  7. Success is not in the reward itself but in the lessons learnt along the way. Our ultimate goal in this life must be to become humble in all that we think, all that we speak, all that we do. Never think that you're best. There's always someone better than you.
  8. One is the master of one's future. Work hard and play even harder. Do not dwell on the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. The only certainty in life is uncertainty.
  9. Be realistic! Be optimistic!
  10. Compassion, mindfulness and understanding will lead you to a life of happiness.
